What do I offer?

I offer telemedicine, online videoconferencing therapy sessions with an online platform that is encrypted and secure. These sessions are offered from the comfort of your own home at a time that is mutually convenient.  It's also great to know that the encrypted platforms are straightforward, even for all of us who are not technically inclined! The platforms are compliant with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), ensuring privacy and confidentiality. During months that are conducive to eco-therapy, I offer  "walk & talks" in the Oakville and Burlington area on trails that are well groomed. I have found that being in nature and offering eco-therapy can be very healing.
