Rates & Policies

I am happy to provide a  complimentary 15-minute meet & greet to make sure you and I feel comfortable moving forward in our sessions and to answer any questions you may have. This can happen via the internet or the telephone.

$150.00 + HST for a standard 50-minute therapy session. Many extended health care plans cover sessions offered by Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying).

Understandably extenuating circumstances and emergencies happen. There is no charge for changes and cancellations of your sessions outside of 24- hours.  Any cancellation with less than 24- hours notice or missed sessions will be charged in full. This is necessary because the session time is reserved for you.

Many extended health care plans cover sessions with Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Please contact them directly to inquire about their coverage. You will be provided with a receipt upon payment after your session and you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
